24/7 Emergency Restoration
It's our business to get you back in business
As a general contracting firm that works exclusively with commercial portfolio owners and operators, we recognize that issues oftentimes have the potential of halting business and affecting revenue. Therefore, any problems must be addressed as efficiently and effectively as possible to minimize and, ideally, eliminate such risks.
When your business has an unplanned event, our emergency response team begins working on the property within hours and minutes, not days and weeks like many others in this space. Best of all, our process ensures your property will be returned to its pre-loss condition or better. Every event and project is unique and requires customized solutions. At BlueTeam, that’s our specialty. We handle all restoration, remediation and reconstruction, so you can enjoy some rest and relaxation.
Our team includes licensed mold remediation specialists who are trained to identify and treat microbial hazards in accordance with the national standards set by the IICRC-Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification. We also work closely with consultants, hygienists, and/or engineers to test the areas and identify the proper protocols for the remediation of the mold to ensure the practices adhere to all OSHA, EPA and IICRC standards.
From cabinetry and countertops, drywall, flooring and carpet, insulation and paint, and anything else that needs to be repaired or replaced, just call Blue! We also assume responsibility for final cleaning and securing a client satisfaction approval sign-off, and even settle claims with insurance adjustors on the client’s behalf. At BlueTeam, we realize there must be a delicate balance between returning to business as usual and preserving the value of your asset.
BlueTeam is a nationally licensed, bonded and insured, full-service general contractor that specializes in renovations and budgeted and emergency capital projects for commercial portfolio owners and operators. Our renovation program offerings include property improvement plans (PIP) for all major hotel groups, ADA compliance remodeling, modernization of senior living facilities and medical office buildings, and estimation and consulting services.
When tragedy happens, we are prepared for it. We got you.
Once all contaminants, typically the result of a flood or other form of water intrusion, are removed and undamaged materials are protected, the affected area can be evaluated and a decision will be made regarding the use of biocides to eliminate any additional hazards that may still exist. When the area is deemed clean and safe, our team will continue working to restore the area or facility to its pre-loss condition or better.
There are various sources of water damage, including a fire suppression system activating, pipe rupture, retention pond overflow, plumbing leak or line break, rain, faulty roof, high winds and flooding, among others. Regardless of the cause, water has the ability to be highly intrusive and destructive. In order to minimize the damage, it is essential that you take immediate action. Delayed or incomplete responses increase both the scope and severity of the problem.
Fire, Smoke & Soot
The physical damage caused by a fire makes remaining in business during the restoration process extremely challenging and, many times, impossible. Fires also have the ability to cause great personal and emotional damage for owners, employees and other occupants. Our team of specialists will help get your building back to its pre-loss condition (or better) and get your business back in order.
BlueTeam mitigates biohazard issues and is certified to handle biohazard, hazmat, crime scene and trauma cleanings. When our commercial clients have biohazard needs at their properties, our teams are able remove any materials from the property safely.
During storms there isn’t always time to repair where an emergency board-up is needed. BlueTeam can get their teams onsite to board up a building and tarp a roof to minimize further damage to the outside and inside of a property.
BlueTeam has aggressively been out front on combating COVID-19 since the virus made its first appearance in the US in February 2020. In conjunction with a panel of recognized third-party hygienists, we developed remediation protocols, all of which are in conformance with CDC and EPA guidelines, utilizing hospital-grade disinfectants, specifically recommended to inactivate the virus.
After a storm BlueTeam will assess the damage at a property and bring in the proper equipment and personnel to remove any debris around or on the property. Our goal is to get the building and its surrounding proper back to a safe, usable condition. This will allow staff and guests to safely enter and exit, as well as clear debris from gutters and downspouts so that water can safely flow away from the property.
Mold & Environmental
We are IICRC and Mold Remediation Certified to handle mold and environmental losses that occur. Mold can form after a leak from a pipe or the roof and enable mold spores to takeover a room or an entire building. Our teams are trained and come with the proper equipment to remediate the mold issue.
BlueTeam monitors storm systems to prepare our clients’ properties that are in the path of a storm. With our national footprint we are able to get feet on the ground before and after a storm, no matter where it hits. We mobilize our teams and work to minimize storm impact for our clients.
Once our emergency restoration services are completed, your building may need to be rebuilt or refinished. This can include damage from water, fire, mold, or natural disasters. BlueTeam effortlessly transitions from disaster recovery to reconstruction, quickly returning your property to its pre-loss condition or better. BlueTeam’s turnkey solutions result in reduced project downtown while delivering the highest quality and craftsmanship.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is BlueTeam a licensed mold remediation contractor?
Yes, our team includes licensed mold remediation specialists and we offer this service throughout the U.S. Many of our competitors claim to be licensed as well, but we have found this is far too often not true. Many states do not require licensing for mold removal and remediation, so it’s easy for companies and contractors to position themselves as experts. However, those who are licensed have exhibited the skill and knowledge necessary to ensure problems are solved correctly, safely and permanently.
Does BlueTeam own its own equipment?
Yes, we have 22 mobilization facilities nationwide and each is stocked with the equipment, supplies and technology needed to address any emergency or catastrophe needs that may arise. Having these materials available enables us to not only respond to a scene quickly, but also immediately begin the clean-up and renovation process. No valuable time is wasted waiting for equipment or materials to be purchased or shipped in.
Can I contact BlueTeam at night or on weekends?
We offer true emergency response, which means 24 hours a day, seven days a week and 365 days a year. That is not a slogan or sales tactic at BlueTeam; it’s our business model. We realize that accidents, emergencies and disasters can happen at any time. Just call 855.522.8500 and you will be connected with an in-person emergency-response specialist.
What sets BlueTeam apart from other restoration companies?
We would like to say it is our level of expertise, quality of work and dedication to customer service, but that’s what every company says, so that wouldn’t exactly set us apart. Our ability to follow through, however, does. The fact that we are privately owned and not a franchise is also important, as this allows us to better manage our services and clients. We have direct control over all communication, performance, preparedness and training, enabling us to better serve our clients and ensure the best results possible.
