Once the storm hits, we offer a variety of different services designed to repair or restore your property as quickly as possible. 

  • Water Issues 

Along with damaging buildings, water can also represent a major health issue if left unchecked. If your property is experiencing water issues, we will first want to determine the level of risk this water represents. 

Category 1 events represent a low level of risk, such as if a sink is overflowing. Category 3 events, on the other hand, represent high levels of risk, such as what we might expect from seawater or even sewer water. 

Once we’ve assessed the event and determined the severity of water damage, we can determine how it needs to be treated. Along with removing water, we want to salvage the building materials we can. 

  • Fire, Smoke & Soot 

Even small fires can be extremely destructive. Once the fire has been put out, our goal is to make the area as safe as possible, adding signage and determining any health issues the soot represents. We’ll present both the results of our investigation and a plan of action. 

From there, we’ll salvage any materials we can, while documenting and discarding any materials we can’t. We make the restoration process simple so that you can stay focused on your guests. 

  • Biohazard Response 

Unfortunately, it’s not unheard of for deaths to occur in hotels or motels. We can clean the area while sparing your staff from the trauma. 

We’re biohazard certified, which means we are prepared to clean up blood, human remains, animal remains, and more. 

Roofing

Roofs are the most important part of nearly any building, protecting people from the elements. We have extensive experience helping commercial property owners repair roofs and replace their coverings. 

  • Reroofs on a Planned Basis 

Reroofing is simpler and more cost-effective than replacing a roof entirely. Depending on the material used, it allows us to replace the roof covering, rather than the whole thing. 

  • Emergency Tarping

  • Recoating 

Roof coatings are membranes which are designed to increase the longevity of a roof. We’ll apply this protective coating, helping you prevent a costly roof replacement.

If a roof has been damaged, we’ll repair it. We’re certified to work with all major roofing systems, including Carlisle, FiberTite, Firestone, GAF, Johns Manville and Mulehide.
