Bryan founded BlueTeam in 2008, previously BBMK Contracting and Blue Team Restoration, and has been at the helm ever since. Bryan’s distinct vision drives BlueTeam forward and has brought it to where it is today - a powerhouse in restoration, construction, and roofing, servicing commercial clients with large portfolios of properties.
Before starting BlueTeam, Bryan originally started in the industry over 20 years ago as a Project Manager for one of the largest firms in the industry. He continued learning as the Vice President of a large franchise system specializing in the restoration of soft goods.
Chief Financial Officer
Brian Davenport is responsible for the Company’s accounting, financial reporting, and treasury functions. Prior to joining BlueTeam, Brian provided financial advisory services to contractors, engineers, and architects, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions. Brian utilizes his significant experience in construction finance and accounting to support the Company’s operations and continued growth.
EVP - Restoration
Jeff has been in the restoration space for nearly 30 years. He has expertise in both national and international remediation efforts involving water damage, fire damage, natural disasters, and environmental issues. Throughout his career he has had hands-on experience managing complex property-casualty losses with numerous facility types, with an extensive background including quality control, training management, and strategic planning for efficient and effective, first response. He has handled projects large and small, from a small loss in an office up to his work after the BP Oil spill.
SVP - Construction
Jeffrey Morrow is an experienced Construction executive with over 30 years in the industry, with numerous past senior leadership roles. Jeffrey brings to BlueTeam extensive experience with estimating, project management, finance, and field operations. He is in charge of managing the operations of BlueTeam’s entire Construction division, including renovations, rebuilds, roofing and everything in between. Jeffrey also possesses a State of Florida Certified General Contractor license.
Chief Strategy Officer
Robert Rubenstein brings over 15 years of risk management experience to bear on helping BlueTeam’s clients navigate the labyrinth of insurance claims. Prior to joining BlueTeam, Robert served for 14 years as Senior Vice President of Risk Management and General Counsel for The Blackstone Group’s hospitality assets. During his tenure, he presided over 240 full and select-service assets and was instrumental in recovering over one billion dollars in insurance proceeds for property damage claims. Having stood in our client’s shoes, Robert brings a practical and pragmatic approach to not only dealing with losses, but also understands and respects the web of owners, operators, and brands, and the complexity and internal challenges such structures present. With many real estate assets held by either private equity groups or REITs, Robert’s real estate experience adds another dimension of understanding to how we service and support our clients.
SVP - Client Services
Rob comes to BlueTeam with over two decades of valuable experience in the restoration and reconstruction industry. Rob is a disaster response executive with an extensive general management, business development, and operations background. Rob has been a solutions provider with real work, boots on the ground experience with some of the most prolific disasters to strike the United States in the last twenty years.
